This creams will not help u much, Psoriasis is not a skin disease, eventhough its symptoms appear on the skin. Try breathing exercise , it will help, show patience and perseverance. You are obese as well, If you do breathing exercises you can definitely shed a lot of pounds.

i have it to and ive tried everything from cremes to lotions to shots and none of it helped me, but the one thing i have found that works for me is somthing called wheat grass juice ill tell ya right now it doesnt taste very good at first but a double shot of that juice every day for about a month should reduce it by 35% wheatgrass does very well most health food stores have it try it youll feel great
