We recently had a chance to talk to Martina Sorbara, the sexy frontwoman of Dragonette, a Toronto, Canada / London, UK based electro pop group that's currently in the midst of a world tour in support of their new album "Fixin' to Thrill".
Formed in 2005 by Martina and Dan Kurtz, Dragonette has since blossomed into a major indie pop group, popular both for their catchy pop hooks and dancefloor-friendly beats. They initially rose to fame with the track "I Get Around" in 2007, were nominated for a 2008 Juno Award for 'Best New Group', and are now making waves with their newly released second album (their single "Boys & Girls" feat. Martin Solveig has already topped 1 million views on YouTube).
