Her First Cuts with the ShinobiGatana Modification

i created this shinobi gatana for my girlfriend using a wakizashi by lengthening the tsuka and shortening the blade. this is her using it for the first time, getting use to its fit and feel. you can see its creation in this video link;

also looking at the video i realize it looks as though she has her left foot forward, this is just the angle of me with the camera in relation to her. she is standing flat, both feet forward, facing the target, one foot is not in front, it is just her weight shifting from her right to left leg.

@HouzanSuzuki hello my friend. when i explained cutting to her i emphasized the importance of posture, minimal movement, shoulder and back strength, weight of body firmly planted in feet, transfer of weight to each leg, linear movement of arms, etc. she is a YOGA teacher so all of these concepts were easy for her to understand and apply to her cutting technique. she is also a "student" of you, your mumyou-ryu, i taught this to her previously, she thanks you and enjoys it the most!
