My wife and I took a special trip away alone together to the White Mountains in New Hampshire. We were both prepared to enjoy one another and enjoy the Lord in the wonder of His beautiful creation. The sights you are about to see are wonderous, but the camera does not do them justice. By the same token, the sights I saw first hand do not even compare with the sight of the Lord Jesus Christ in all His glory. All believers will benefit from that truth someday.
If you are an unbeliever, the only joy you will get from this type of experience is temporal and, if you remain in rebellion toward Christ, you your view will be of eternal torture in hell forever if you do not first see Him descend from the clouds in raging flames to judge you and the rest of the earth. I hope that does not happen and you consider how powerless you are and how holy God is; how sinful you are and how that grieves God. Repent and believe and then understand what true joy is beyond the temporal- knowing God.
This earth is too beautiful to fourm by chance.....

Wonderful, Brett! All around us lies a beautiful foretaste of the new earth to come, free from the curse, and the taint of sin. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!

"And the foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him who called, and the house was filled with smoke. And I said: "Woe is me! For I am lost; for I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts!" (Isaiah 6 1-5)
"For our sake he made him (Jesus) to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God." (2 Corinthians 5:21)
Praise God from whom all blessings flow!

I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up; and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him stood the seraphim. Each had six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one called to another and said: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory!"
