NJ Transit F-40 4113 In Lincoln park

This was a very rare time for me to catch a NJ Transit Passing at around 5:30 PM although a linkin park Police was called in by a very retarded man that had been near a building (can be seen when u see the back of the train to the right) Had said i was doing something badnews type but I was let off so P.S -if ur that person watching this video lets see what the cops say when ur going 65 on Route 23- OH yeah and i saw a cat snoozing around-
