When it comes to serious gaming, the EVGA P55 Classified 200 Edition is packed with features to exceed any power users expectations. Built with the new Intel® P55 Express Chipset, the P55 Classified 200 motherboard supports the Intel® Core™ i7 and Intel® Core™ i5 processors in the LGA1156 package. Bringing incredible overclockability to this board using 100% Solid State capacitors, EVGA raises the standard DDR3 memory specification, hitting speeds of 2600 MHz or faster. The new EVGA E-LEET Tuning Utility software allows for adjusting overclocks directly in the O.S. and an onboard CPU temperature monitor lets you keep an eye on your CPU to keep it from overheating. With flexible support for NVIDIA 3-Way SLI technology, the EVGA P55 Classified 200 Edition brings the best weapons to any application or game. The P55 Classified 200 also uses 300% more gold content in the CPU pins, ensuring a better connection between the CPU and the motherboard. A new feature to the EVGA Classified series of motherboard is Low Inductance Ceramic Capacitors, which are higher quality that the standard capacitors and allow for lower power loss and better energy efficiency, a boon to overclocking. The flexible graphics also make this board ideal for the backbone of an entry workstation system. Six SATA and two eSATA ports deliver amazing flexibility.

  • @damianson The eVGA P55 SLI FTW 200 sets up the same way, but it's a little less confusing since they don't stack ALL PCI-e x16 2.0 slots in there like this one. It also doesn't have all the bell and whistles, like no onboard voltmeter, and only 2 bios chips. It has more fan headers though which is a plus for me since I monitor all the fans anyway.

  • @whoopiiiiie See my comment to damianson, it should clear some things up for ya.

  • @damianson

Here's how the card configurations would work:

2 way SLI: Slot 1 and 3 (first and second red slots)

3 way SLI: Slot 1, 3, and 5 (first, second, and fourth of the red slots)

3 way SLI with PhysX: Your double height cards would go in slots 1, 3, and 6 (first, second, and fifth of just the red slots) with you dedicated PhysX card (which will most likely be a single height card) in slot 5, or the fourth red slot. The black x4 slot is a waste of space, disregard it for these purposes.

  • @FunsterProductions no u cant use its shape is totally change it cant fit

  • ya im confused to

  • how can u fit so many cards? those slots are so close, u can stack them with no space?

  • new intro is sik compared to the old one haha.

  • p6t ftw

  • I think I'll go with EVGA so I can reuse my cooler and they are nice boards.
