2003 2004 svt cobra G2 Caliper paint intstall AFTER 2 of 2

2003 2004 svt cobra G2 caliper paint application install (brush on) system.
Red paint looks awesome. Took me 2 hours total: to prep calipers: scrub, clean, mask off, brake cleaner, wire brush, wipe, repeat, dry, paint, 2 1/2 coats. Looks good for my first attempt at this stuff. G2 is awesomeNess in A can!!!

Well, as for the lettering...

I masked off the raised letters with tape.

I used an exacto-knife to carefully cut and cover each letter. It took some time but like i said: the prep took longest.

I think it looks awesome. Take your time and you too will be happy woth the results.

Like i said G2 is awesome!!

It was really easy to apply. I would say that the PREP or pre- install was most time consuming. Overall took about 2 hours total application time. My first time at this, ANYboby CAN do this, if you have all the tool at hand. Example: Jack, stands, tools, desire... For someone who was going to buy 2003 anivs. Red calipers, this was ultra cheaper and easier to find. G2 Caliper paint, get it, "but you dont have to take my work for it"

looks great !!! I got a G2 kit and im ready to do my calipers. How did u get rid of the paint on the calipers raised letters that say cobra ? sand it off ? please tell me how you did it and what u used to get the paint off that . thx
