  • I'm confused. How does a person revoke or abandon their NI number? How can you get a job without one??

  • @MsCrazyCuckoo One simply claims the RIGHT to abandon it, if unrevealed contracts associated with having such an NI number become damaging to you or your rights at common law.

  • What was the home office response to this notice?

  • @Learoy76 erm... inadequate, lawfully speaking. :)

  • in my country norway they have Civil law (or civilian law) is a legal system inspired by Roman law and whose primary feature is that laws are codified into collections, as compared to common law systems that gives great precedential weight to common law on the principle that it is unfair to treat similar facts differently on different occasions.

can i use this common law in my country?????????????

  • @Learoy76 Usually they'll start quoting statutes which don't apply, or tell you you are mistaken (but offer no lawful excuse) or they'll often just ignore you (in which case they have agreed)

  • @jwhitenstall Try again. Making sense would be a good place to start.

  • @007RoyalFlush cointelpro much?

  • Hi all, can anyone answer this question; are all editions of Black's law dictionary valid as I have the 9th edition and some of the terminology is different to other editions e.g. Can the second edition be used in conjunction with the 9th? any clarification on this matter would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  • @1dosucol1My mistake person ,not PERSON .
