The song is titled "Disruption In World Communications", from "Cords". Larry Fast is one of my all-time favorite artists, I have pretty much everything he did, I have most of them on cassette still, and now from iTunes... have loved his work since the early 90's!

the title of the song is communications breakdown... or maybe breakdown in communications... on a clear vinyl disc if,(AND I MEAN "IF") I remember it right, sometime in the late 70's.
