Leg Exercise, Muscles worked: Quadriceps, Hamstring and Gluteals.
This exercise may be done with body weight, dumbells, or a barbell. START POSITION: Place barbell on shoulders. Start from the floor, keeping body in proper alignment. MOVEMENT: Take a medium step forward and up onto step or box. In one fluid motion, slowly raise body until standing upright on step or box. May also be done with dumbells held to sides.
