HOPE CAN ONLY RESTART IF WE GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE.
Since May 2000, the CARE Network has helped inmates and ex-offenders find a new lease of life through initiatives like the Yellow Ribbon Project. Our success can be attributed to the care and commitment of CARE Network members, volunteers, staff and supporters involved in offenders' rehabilitation.
It begins with the Prison Officers and SCORE Officers who are tasked to RESTART the inmates' lives through rehabilitation during their incarceration. Each staff has a story to tell -- his or her own yellow ribbon to wear. Through sharing their stories, we hope to inspire you into weaving your own yellow ribbon as well.
You too, can transform lives.
Visit www.yellowribbon.org.sg to read and watch their inspiring stories and find out how you can sign up as a volunteer.

prisoners are not all that bad. they made a mistake, perhaps the worst in their lives, and we could also make those mistakes, but lets take these inmates for an example to not cross that dark line in our lives. we are human just like them, giving them a second chance, is as equal as giving ourselves another chance, the chance, to thank them for realising what they did in the dark past is wrong.
