  • well can u tell me what can I train to do tuck planche please?

  • uhm practise much handstands, and train much tucked planche, keep youre arms straight, and bend a bit your body forwards. keep trying, and once youve got them, they are easy :)

  • i am doing always all of them they are very good make to a press up :D

  • you need more core work it makes all that easier
