  • Yes, here too. I actually uploaded this one up for new mothers, which I was at the time! Its really good for insomnia, but if it doesn't work for you, a very simple trick is to block your right nostril and breathe through your left. This activates your parasympathetic nervous system which is what is working before you go to sleep. Best of luck!

  • @ALYogaYin Lol yeah but here (U.S.) Most of the yoga and meditation is done in private or in classes at gym. Not on youtube xD I have really bad insomnia so I hope doing this will work although i have tried others that havn't done much but I did get more relaxed. Just didn't get any sleep lol.
