By the appearance i guess this is a suction model as the roll is not enclosed behind glass as in the larger orchestrelle models.

This model the 1500 plays 46-note rolls. All 46-note Aeolian organs were suction. The successor the Aeolian Grand expanded the scale to 58 chromatic notes but was still run on suction.
