Many libertarians dislike Rush because he called for imprisonment of drug addicts. Not only that, but the AMOUNT OF DRUG Rush used qualified for Drug Kingpin Trafficker status, meaning life sentences. So....did Rush go along with his own program? Hell no! He hired a famous and respected Jewish Liberal Lawyer to get him off, which the lawyer promptly did. People say "Oh, he has money; he's not selling" but it is the AMOUNT of drug that makes you a trafficker and gets you life sentences.
