Dell XPS m1330 Actual Usage Review

Ordered on 6/29 and Delivered on 7/30 - this is my simple review of the dell m1330 laptop -- cd/keyboard/fan noise, comparison to the m1210, media direct functions, look and feel, etc.

This system has the led backlit screen, T7300 2.0ghz, 2gb ddr2667, dvd-rw, nvidia 8400gs, etc. Check out more of my review over at jrin.net. Later tonight I will be posting game play footage of F.E.A.R. with frame rates, temperature readings, and more.

(btw, the part w/the fan noise is after playing F.E.A.R. for about 20 minutes)

This is probably the last dell computer I am getting, it worked perfectly for the first 6 months and then programs that run on it like the Microsoft word that comes with it started freezing constantly like every 20-40 minuets. It does not unfreeze if you wait and I asked a commuter guy from dell to take a look at it and he could not figure out what was wrong.

all the nvidia powered ones are trash. I had one, biggest pos ever. Broke after 8 months. I didn't even use it to play games.
