Corrective Wave example in Elliott Analysis. If you have not reviewed the wave formation rules in the first video, it would be helpful before seeing this one. This video provides an overview of a sequence of corrective waves in Elliott Wave analysis of the Weekly Gold chart. It continues to be part of an effort to determine if Elliott Wave analysis works in practice or does not. This video is educational only and is not to be taken as trading or investment advice. It is also supplemental to work of Max Andronichuk, and you are encouraged to view all of this videos as they are very well done.

  • Hi joe, tks for your great work. Yet, I am a bit confused on your gold future weekly chart. You replied in your comment that the orange (c) wave is a 5-wave seq. down from the black b. Then, do you mean the entire orange (c) wave is a 3-wave seq (it includes black a & b), where the c (omitted) of the orange (c) wave is actually 5-wave you mentioned ? If yes, how could that happen? c-wave should be a 5-wave seq. just at the beginning of your video. tks.

  • Likely this is being misinterpreted. C-wave orange down is being counted by me as 5-waves from black-b to (c) in orange. Hope this helps.
