Router Jig For Cutting Circles

Here I am showing how easy it is to cut out cup holder rings. The rings I am cutting out are 1/4" thick. These rings will be used on a table that the racetrack will be foamed and covered with speed cloth. This is just a quick video showing the circle jig I made in action cutting the rings. The router bit is dull. To do 10 of the rings the setting would be set to cut the outer cut first followed by the inner cut. The video is shot in high def. Click on the icon 280p and select 720p then expand the video to full screen.
