@IlliniDave68 exactly. they get mad because someone is calling them out(whites dont because then that would be "racist") and blacks, such as even obama's, dont call them out..they justify it...and others blame whites. its just pathetic! and bill calls them out to man up, and stop being anothers statistic..and what happens, he's racist. its just sad. this country is fucked, and its not getting any better

he's talking about the racism surrounding politics pre civil rights and how some of that racism still exists post civil rights. He is also saying that voting along racial lines in the modern day is not enough. Nothing racist about it and taking a :30 second soundbite from what I'm sure was at least an hour discussion provides no context. We don't even know what question the moderator put forth.
