Miss: Methinks you worry too much about calories. If you avoid fried foods, load up on Veggies and fresh fruit.. and EXERCISE 40 mins a day.. YOU BE JUST FINE. and you are kind of lean.. Lucky you, b/c you have 8-10 lbs of 'Room' to gain

Diet drinks usually have 0 calories. And thats because they are just chemicals. Nothing of real substance; nothing natural...

I learned in a class that if something has .5cals (or something like . something cals) they'll round down. But it's very low cals if it says 0 calories.

you seem to be confused about what a calorie is. yes all food is made of something which contains energy but some foods (ones with 0 calories) don't give humans any useable energy and so they have zero calories.
