The 2009 Thrill the world attempt in Philadelphia had 51 zombies, and yet it still rained like last year! we braved the rain, and made another world record attempt. This year we made the attempt at the Piazza at Schmidt's in Northern Liberties. Many Thanks to Salsita Dance Studio for helping out this year.

  • aww i missed it i was going to get my skool to do this all well there all ways next year

  • You guys did great! I am so glad it didn't rain on us when we were dancing... it was cold enough! lol. AWESOME!

  • Great Job!

Sending luv from North Port, Florida

It was a pleasure Thrilling the world with you all!!

Rock On, Rock On, Rock On, Rock On!

  • There were differences, tho. Many moons ago (I won't say when), in h.s. my friends & I did "Thriller". We performed it exactly the way it was in the video. We had our own "Michael" & "Ola". We recored & used the video's music, so my 2 friends sang the song & the rest of us did the "zombie dance" We even included "The Headless Poplockers" moves @ the end as we walked off the stage. It's too bad that they weren't giving out prizes because we should've won. To quote Naruto, "Believe it!"

  • There wasn't thunder or lightening, but we did get soaked! (My jacket is still hanging up drying out for Halloween night!) It's too bad that it rained because I know more people would've come out. We Phillies don't like to be outdone, but we don't like to be wet either! LOL!

  • Thanx every1! I'm the African-American girl wearing the red "Beat It Jacket"! I will DEFINITELY do this again next year!

  • amazing job you guys.. especially for doing it in the rain!! the world loves you!

    with luv,

    fellow zombie in Oakland, CA
