can you also post it without your brilliant guitar effort?

One of my fave all times! Left us way too early!!!

Luther was great as usual, but who was the person on the guitar? He sounds like a cross between Carlos Santana and Prince!

Awesome Video!! What about a "Re-Release" with NO ADDED GUITAR??!!! Thx...I'd love that..also given all the comments, SO WOULD EVERYONE ELSE!!!

Your guitar riff represents your love for his music and handing down the music from one generation to another. We have to love the music of those who came before us and respectfully express it though our voices. R&B, Jazz, Gospel, Blues and Rock all come from African American roots via the Pentatonic scale, play it as u c. PLAY ON!

Thanks for that video response "pecto600", I tried hard but could never find the unedited video or "original one".

hehe Thanks man. I was so happy to discover him then, by this live video on utube. It was a full blast of "soul" for me, I felt the need to play "with" him. I try to make my music speak as in the old days, blues, rock, jazz, making reference to all thouse great bands and musicians of the "golden ages" hehe African american root pentatonic is the way my heart feels more comfortable with. Finally some good comments, appreciate it :)

I'm sorry bro, u know the guitar didn't work right? It was a little too loud and somewhat out of tune throughout the song

@nayteb nope, sorry to you bro, you may have your own tastes, but dont seems you are a musician nor know what is an electric lead guitar supposed to sound like. For me this is "perfection", live improvised groove, the flow of that night while I discovered this song for the first time...A rigged band, plus a nice singer, plus a lead guitar, doesnt gets better than that. If you think you can notice the non existant tuning problem of maybe 2 cents of tone on a 3.7k usd guitar, are u audio engineer?

and also read the description, it clearly says I just improvised it while watching the video on one pc, while the other was generating the simulation of a guitar amplifier. There is natural delay of input, because of audio clocks hardware. Also there was no way I could level my guitar a little under the vocals, since my hifi wifi stereo headphones compress the sound levels and peaks. Like it or not, for me is cool hehe
