This information is completely compatible with the changes made in patch 4.2. Despite the dps demo's and gear level featured in the video, all dps instructions, priorities and tips have been 100% carried over into patch 4.2!
Talents (Epidemic Build) & Gear Set-Up (Not the same now as in the video, ilvl in vid was about 357, dps is also a lot higher now.)

Your priority for gearing should be:
Strength - Hit to Cap - Expertise to Cap - Haste - Mastery - Crit
***DPSING SHOULD BE DONE IN [UNHOLY] PRESENCE!!!
Ability Priority:
Diseases - Obliterate if FU are up/both Death runes are up/KM Proc - Frost Strike if high RP - Freezing Fog/Rime (Howling Blast) - Obliterate - Frost Strike - Horn of Winter (GCD/Rune CD Gaps)
Hit Cap : 5% + 3% from 3/3 Nerves of Cold Steel = 8% HIT
Expertise Cap: 26/26
Always reforge to meet these caps, For the majority, you should be gemming for purely Strength. Strength *is* your friend.
COOLDOWN MACRO - USE THIS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN & SAVE FOR BURN PHASES!:
**It is even more beneficial to pop your Golemblood Potion before using this to allow Pillar of Frost to provide more % strength and ultimately benefit your ghoul's damage as well. I suggest using a cast sequence macro or a seperate keybind to efficiently do this.
/cast Pillar of Frost
/cast Raise Dead * not ghoul, typo
ilvl 359 DW Stat Weights:
Strength: 2.91
Hit to Cap: 1.76
Expertise to Cap: 1.18
Haste: 1.23
Mastery: 1.11
Crit: 1.07
ilvl 378 DW Stat Weights:
Strength: 3.10
Hit to Cap: 2.29
Expertise to Cap: 1.64
Haste: 1.47
Mastery: 1.44
Crit: 1.16
In order to use the stat weights to figure out what gear is better for you, multiply the amount of X stat by its weights, and add up the values to calculate the items total DPS value. Whichever item has a better DPS value, is the most optimal choice. You can run your own EP to find your own specific weights using software, such as SimulationCraft and Rawr, that can be found on the websites below.

My raid team on Turalyon is currently in need of a priest healer! Shoot me an inbox or an in-game message if you're interested in the position. This is for group 2, which is 7/7N trying to get a consistent group of raiders to move into heroics. Our main group is 6/7H.

@Octayne93 you have mostly all of your information correct except one thing you really dont need for dk frost dps; expertise. Ive experimented with it and expertise is really kinda useless for hit rating in frost spec, and saw no significant change to my dps. For all those looking to focus on skills atm, hit, crit, haste and mast. are the top main ones, no real need for exp. going frost : )

@254Lambo Expertise =/= hit rating ... Trust me, it matters. Check your recount for dodges/etc next time you parse a fight and compare it to a reforge build with expertise capped.
