Recently I visited the Point Lookout Resort in Maine and had a training session with Matt Merrifield at the fitness center. He worked me hard (just as I requested) and gave me a great new technique to try. Matt says this is good for cardio and building upper body strength. I say it's the perfect way to harmlessly unleash a little fury after having a bad day. CRUSH IT!
