Actually, Korean school lunches are more fresh and nutritious than american school lunches. But that could be wrong. It depends what school district it is.

I wish we got dokbokki at the public school I work at. They're feeding me rice and kim chi pretty much every meal. I won`t eat the other stuff, don`t trust it...
