@Folcation you think its right to let a father have their kid if he tried killing his ex wife more than once and used to beat his child till his ass was literally blue? He's doing great now that we have the child and not him. Courts only take away custody in my area for very bad reasons.

its not illegal, just not recommended for under 6. he is 6 now anyway, but his little brother is 4 and loves to ride it....

No it is illegal. My girlfriends ex husband was letting her sone ride one and he is only 3, I called the police and one of the local dealers and it is illegal. 1 more mark on his record and he looses his rights to his boy. He deserves it anyways, he is a dead beat father.
