He got five years. With a couple already served and probation (He'll probably earn it by running the prison Sunday school or some such spiritual reawakening -- AGAIN!), TE will be back on the streets in a couple of years -- with fresh, new shears to fleece the lambs.
Hey pinslasher and watchin2000, Thomas Etheredge was found guilty today of seven of the nine counts of securities fraud with which he was charged. Sentencing will be in March, and admittedly, there will be the customary appeals; also TE has had a stroke in jail and he's suffering from Parkinson's disease. While the last laugh remains to be laughed, I'll allow myself a quiet snicker about this jerk probably going to prison for a long, immensely deserved stretch. Much sympathy to his victims.

Thanks Tearstolaughter. You're a good sport, and I'll be happy to let you know if I'm invited to do a new bit about Ole' Tom.

OK, Roscoe, I'm sure you're helping the people who lost money on Wild West World feel somewhat better.
Once TE is convicted and sent to the slammer, as you predict, would you care to do another show at the Orpheum or wherever, in celebration?
Let me know, I'll come see you!

Wrongo! TE is in court today in Wichita. I predict a solid conviction and a whopper of a prison sentence.

Yes, that guy does seem unnecessarily hateful,
kicking people who are already going through a bad time in their lives.

What an idiot, He probably hated Etheredge and wanted the park to fail.
