Peace Path at Lewis & Clark School

This is the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Peace Path at Lewis & Clark Elementary School in Missoula, Montana.
Mayor John Engren in attendance along with families of the school, and faculty during the Peace Fair held Thurs may 29.
The Peace Path was conceived by 4th grade students and faculty in order to continue their theme of Peace in the world. This is in conjuntion with their Pennies for Peace Project and some other things related to World Peace. The Peace Path or Continuum is a walk that was made with peace rocks painted by the students some with peace symbols and other art work. It is a continuing path that was finished 1 week ago! With the Peace Tree in the center of the path.
