what addon did you use for the camera shake?

Can you please do a flight fom Reno/Tahoe Intl. Airport (KRNO) to Dallas/Ft. Worth Intl. Airport (KDFW) on American Airlines flight 256 757-200. Thanks!
Another thing is how did you get the cockpit to shake? What traffic do you use? What is your "target frame rate" for FSX settings. Thanks ! -Jay
