@daverob424 you could always easily download the sounds off of the website i think, but the factory sound base is very simple your better off going to download custom sounds.

which programm you use to record the beats on your computers?

i bought my mpc1000 used and i think all the factory samples are erased...how can i get the original sounds that came with it??, thanks.

I like the sounds on my motif es8 keyboard. Original mpc 1000 black. I think I need a new memory card....2GB enough? WIll this solve my problem of not being able to record sounds into the mpc?

I just got an mpc1000, the vids have been really helpfull so far, is there any way to use the same sequence in song mode but mute a track for a certain amount of bars and the drop the track back in?
