@milo14564 That's the "Radio Version" See my prior comment that was in the original film.

@DisneyUkuleleMike It didn't make it into the singalong, but it was in the original of the movie. It was in a more spoken, slower style than the rest of the song, until he got to the chorus, when it picked up it's original tempo. The one I've found is:
There was Harpoon Hannah, had a face that made you shudder
Lips like fishhooks, and a nose just like a rudder
If I kissed her and held her tenderly
There's no sea monster big enough to ever frighten me.

Just found a couple of more variations on the Harpoon Hannah verse, here on YT. It may be why it wasn't in the film. They, apparently, couldn't decide what version to use.

Glad to help. This was also sung by Kirk D. It's here, on YouTube:
Then there was Harpoon Hannah with a look that spelled out danger
My heart quivered when she whispered I'm there stranger
Bought her trinkets sailors can't afford And when I spent my last red cent she tossed me overboard

I love this song because my father use to sing it when we would go sailing. Do you know if Disney owns this song? I always thought it was a sea shanty and open to the public until I tried to look it up. Anyway thank you for this and all the other song you have put up here.
what happened to Harpoon Hannah ;( Probably too scary to sing about. I know she made my heart quiver, when she whispered - nevermind.. You're version is a bit simpler than the one i learned ;) thanks for posting it.. As always both very informative and entertaining.

@milo14564 I'm afraid I'm not aware of Harpoon Hannah, although she sounds fascinating. . . My version is identical to the original one as done by Kirk Douglas in the Disney movie. . . I'd love to know this additional verse that didnt appear in the movie. . . . Thanks. . . UKULELE MIKE
