I agree with most people here- I am born and raised in San Francisco and very few of these things are accurate. The meter part is correct and I do wish our water was warmer. But everything else is very off. MAYBE a few transplants talk like this, but no San Franciscans I know.

No one, no one here calls it San Fran, except people from out of town, my old neighborhood is in the process of being transformed into a hipster hub and it breaks my heart but I will always be from here and you weird ass white people cant take that away from me, seems like there scared of black people so im movin to the flats of HP, fuck it
