did you go back and re enable all the things you disabled?
If so then go to your task manger and look at what is taking up your cpu power..
and ill try and help you from there

np man i know the feeling tho and i was gonna go out and buy a new pc and stuff i also called my tech people and they said its impossible and then i did it and they want a email explaining what i did and shit so i know how you feel
