They should have shown her taking Nyquil at the layover hotel, then show her bright and perky in the morning flight. Instead they pissed off every flight attendant in the US by showing us breaking the LAW consuming alcohol and company policy regarding sleeping on jumpseats.

i know, this is such a great way to get fired! 1-taking a product with alcohol while on duty (actually, flight crew cannot consume alcohol 8 hours prior to work) 2-sleeping on the jumpseat. but hey the public see's us as airplane waitresses anyways so why shouldn't we sleep on the plane

I am cracking up at the flight attendants getting all pissy because of this commercial. I fly for a major airline and while this would never happen I find it funny. : ) Stop having sticks shoved up your asses, dayum!

Flight Attendants are not supposed to take Cough Medicine within 8hrs of flying. Our company is 12 hrs. It's the same as taking alcohol or sleeping pills. This commercial is ridiculous.

Coughing into her hand so she can spread the virus to anything she touches. On the airplane in the first place with a contagious virus. Implication that Nyquil will rid her of the infection. All ABSOLUTELY WRONG and misleading. Stay at home; cough into your elbow; wash your hands. And for gawd sake, get off the flight! Nyquil is junk; don't even think about buying or using it.

i didnt know nyquil had alcohol...so anyone under 18 cant take it? dont make sense some of y'all....plus O'douls beer isnt really "nonalcoholic" it has a slight amount in it and it is sold to kids of any age i saw kids drinking it at a basketball game

I like the commercial. It doesn't deter me from having a high respect for FAs. Some of the responses on here however make me think some of them should loosen up.
