I'm slow on getting videos up, in case you haven't noticed. lol

This was a fun weekend, exhausting.

Friday - Went to a friend's house with another friend; first friend let me ride her horse who is AMAZING
Saturday - Rolex Cross Country at the Horse Park all day, then came home and promptly went to the barn to get ready for a show
Sunday - Visited the backside of Churchill Downs, then went to a horse show

The horse show was interesting. Baylee went into heat that morning, and proceeded to act up, then hit her head on the trailer. She seemed fine in our flat classes, nothing out of the ordinary. But, when we went to school over fences, she started to run through the bridle and I couldn't find anything to do that would bring her back. Then, I had asked her to stop while we waited for our next turn to school, and when I asked her to go forward, she reared. I scratched those classes then.
She did almost the same thing while schooling trail. She wouldn't sidepass, stand next to the gate, etc. I finally got her close to the gate, then asked her to go forward, and she proceeded to rear AGAIN. Then there was a crowd of clueless idiots who were standing behind us while she was doing that. I'm yelling at her to go forward (b.c of the people), and they're all standing there going "Huh? What? What's going on? Oh look, a horse is rearing, cool."
I scratched Trail to as she just did not want anything to do with something that wasn't flat, and I was not going to make her. We did good though, overall. Our barn CLEANED UP in Youth Showmanship, with all but first place going to someone from our barn. I was kinda annoyed b.c this one girl was in there that wasn't supposed to be, and they let her stay in. And she got first. So I would have gotten first, but, whatever. It was out of 30, so second was pretty good.
