  • When your riding out there in nevada, how frequent are gas stations? What kinda range do you get on your bike?

  • scary as shit down 95 in pitch black. hope you had a firearm on you or at least some protection.

  • This looks like a fun trip. Have you done any others since? I'm taking off on my first road trip next month. Do you have any pointers? I'm going solo from Las Vegas to San Diego and then up the Pacific Coast HIghway to Canada. It should be fun... not really sure what to expect.

  • Nice bike. I love it when it came out and still love it now. I know some of those towns are creepy especially at night but interesting. I am glad you've had a good trip. I can't wait to do the cross country again.

  • @LigerZero1985 I live in the Reno area. Lake Tahoe/Stateline is cleaner and Carson City in between Reno and Tahoe. Carson has good low rates on clean rooms.

  • Props to you for toughing it out on an old Kawi with no fairing or shield. Reminds me of about 20 years ago when I had a 78 KZ1000. My neighbors really loved me when warming it up at 6 am to get to work, because it had a loud pipe. Road that thing all over the place. I haven't ridden for many years and recently got a 03 BMW R1150RT. I definitely appreciate the added wind protected, heated grips, and I just installed a radio. I used to live in N Cal but now live up near Reno, so I know hwy 95.

  • did you reserve hotel rooms before you go?

im planning go for a trip with a friend of mine and my gsxr. dont know if the sport bike will kill my back

  • didn't sound like you had the best time ever.. woulda been a lot more fun with someone else taggin along
