My favourite 60s garage song.
From San Angelo, Texas. They were house band at San Angelo's 13th Hour club for two years. Just 300 copies were pressed of this single and it is on numerous compilations.I first heard it on 'Acid Dreams' vinyl LP.The 'B' side is pretty good too."In the morning".
The band are on MySpace if you're interested.I must contact them one day because this song simply blows the mind away.I can't find anything else they ever did but perhaps they may have some tapes or acetates in the garage somewhere.

  • Blown away as well. Instantaneously. Thanks for letting me get to know this..

  • @ReyZame

You are very welcome. Classics such as this should be interested to everyone! Thanks for your feedback. :-)

  • I really like this one.....another new experience for me!!

  • @AllenandHammond

Glad you liked it. :-) When I first heard it, I was completely blown away! One of Garage Psyche Rock's crown jewels. This and the other tracks on "Acid Dreams" made me a disciple forever.

  • I had to make an account to comment how wonderful this song is. Nice to find some old 60s-70s music. In which CD is this on?

  • @lemonaciddreams

It is on several but my first source was the incredible 'Acid Dreams' LP, which is on CD as "Acid Dreams Testament " Human Expression & Other Psychedelic Groups, The [Your Mind Works In Reverse] - CD is another source. It remains my favourite garage song. :)

  • Planning to cover this song and thank goodness there's lyrics and chords at 0:55! (Can't find 'em anywhere else on the 'net.) This is one of the highlights of the entire Highs in the Mid-Sixties series...great stuff!
