  • Celibidache when conducts Bruckner is the best:

    Thanks a lot

  • The tempo is absolutely wonderful. One can feel and enjoy the beauty of each moment and each note, without thinking already to the next one...

  • the tempo is far too slow. The tension Klemperer was able to convey to this music in such a slow motion is totally unkown here. I still long for the eternal rendering by the last Karajan with the Wiener to discover the inner breath of this incredible music. I cannot understand how and why this man, whom I studied with by the way, was considered to be the greatest brucknerian herald.

  • Great, Very fine concert, a little slow, but coherent. It does not feel the religious fervor, but rather a philosophical questioning I like Thank you very much My choice in order Jochum Furtwängler Mravinsky - Böhm (ex aequo) Celibidache Wand (But as they are all great conductor, this order is personal and arbitrary)
