Yes I am directing all this energy to Owleyez86, because ignorance is very high. Marc's opinion on Katrina victims was not being mean. Those people needed to leave years ago. It was only a matter of time, they would have died 20 yrs ago. Again DENIAL why stay in a unsafe area, is that smart? No one wants to leave their family and hometown but if it is unsafe you should leave. Stop whining and being too sensitive, your emotions do not make sense.

Learn how to understand people before you make a judgement call. He said it can both be bad or good for residents in Bronzeville. Don't play around with one statement or sentence and get yourself confuse. And change is a good thing, like most people in Chicago are in denial how great Chicago is, when really Chicago its a sess pool of crime, so why in the hell would you call it a great city. Don't fool yourself its not that great. People get shot everyday in Chicago, this is a known fact.

Beautiful being, I think you took the wording the wrong way , it was nothing to be disgusted about you have to spiritually think deep to understand why the katrina incident mightve was a blessing for some. Southerns usually don't make moves they build their history and their future and the same place , and just like my ancestors say "You stay in the same place for too long you can be sure to attract trouble"

You are contradicting yourself. If something is bad for the people who live in Bronzeville - how can it be good for the city? Arent those people part of the city? And your comments about Katrina victims being grateful for being displaced - are thoughtless, heartless, and disgusting.
