  • @WARLOCK70 there is an exception in copyright law providing moral rights to the artist of a work,.. i.e a artist has rights over his contribution in the work published, so since it is your performance that you wish to upload, there should not be an issue on this.

  • Is putting a vid or picture up of a band which I was part of but, not anymore not allowed to be public....even though there were no contracts signed and it's of my performances with them? They consider it their property I was told that I should do what ever I want. Is this so. Thanx 4 your time.
