How to make a nice horror movie

Keep things mysterieus, film things so the viewers dont quiet know what it is.
If you use a main character, it could be a good idea to make the viewers know something the main character doesnt know.
fast scenes are good, keep tempo in it, or make things very slow, but dont get things messed up.
i used pointless things, in this short film.
It makes the viewers uncomfortable, they get scared because then dont know what to expect from it.

Sound effects are VITAL to a horror movie, make sure you got some good one's
