@RobertLVogel It's from a talk by Chris Hedges. He basically says that the kinds of people attracted to power are incapable of doing good on their own and should not be trust d to do so. We the people to force the changes we want from the bottom up.

@RobertLVogel Nice thought but I think we should give up on the thought of decent people ending up in office. The kinds of people that are attracted to power are at best mediocre which is Obama, or at work venal, that is Bush.

and to answer why obama has no challeger yet, the israelis have not accomplished everything they would like while he is in power. Im sure when they have an option, they will use it.
