@lgh122 You and me both. I agree with everything you said. I loved how having fellow troops fight alongside you made it feel like a real war in space. That's not something you see much of even today. I also love the attention to detail. They did a great job with the space physics (i.e. gravity) as well as with the awesome parallax effects (especially for the time). All those extra touches made the game feel so real. I found Target Earth extremely immersive on just so many levels..

Yes! Really takes me back- I loved this game- the story, the level of difficulty, the way friendly ships and troops would occasionally show up and offer (rather limited) help- I still game to this day, but this will always be my absolute favorite.
