Pokemon Yellow - Glitchfest Run (TAS)

Anyway, I've always wanted to try out this "memory corruption" glitch, and here is my result...pure chaos.

I only did a bit of memory watching for teleporting from the battles, but I'll try to explain what happends as best as I can.

As a side note, I worked off of the same VBM as Gia's run, taking over right after the talk with oak (simplifying the 76 factor)

When I reset, it is on a frame where the game saves, but keeps corrupts memory (me having 255 pokemon in my party). I then go to the menu to switch pokemon 1 with pokemon 10, glitching my items to have 255. From there i switch several items around changing the memory and making the color go strange.

When I walked outside, I did three things. 1) Made it so the physics were messed up and you could walk through places 2) Instead of having the route below pallet load, I somehow made the first floor of the rocket base in celedon city load.. 3)Changed the color again.

When I enter the rocket base, I immediantly leave to the game corner. Since it hasnt been opened yet, it glitches and even without changing more address takes you to a glitched place (however, if I went downstairs in the rocket building, things loaded normaly). From here I make it so the rooms physics are messed up and I can walk through stuff. I change the values back to change the exit location.

When I exit, I appear in Pallet, but in a stuck area so I have to move through objects again. I then go South into battle. Here I only change my location value so that I am below vidirian city.

I then entered another value and warped to the hall of fame to wrap things up.

A lot of that is probably wrong, but it's how I understand this mess.
