You can also mess with this paradiddle diddle
RLRRLL-RLRRLL-RLRR-LRLLRR-LRLL
RR This you can count as 16th notes and it also allows you to practice your left leads as well

i like doing these while accenting the left hand diddle and not the right hand single.

@6CHRIS6ROWE6 Right and just because he can go faster dose't mean he has to go full speed. If you are looking at this video chances are you don't have to worry about speed until you have the proper sticking and accents down... Slow down things sound better and clearer at a solid tempo rather then 200bpm.... This guy could fucking slay you with hand technique!!! And by the dc-10's he is using chances are he studied with Rob Carson. Your lucky to even see avideo like this, learn it on staff paper
