@TehTarikTerrorist If the elder brother died, then who made this movie? It was the elder brother, Boi Kwang's idea to make this movie, because he, a former gangster, regretted bringing his brother into his gang and causing him to start a life of crime which eventually landed him in jail! I also wondered why they made him end up in the asylum in the movie...

Yes! It was rated NC16 due to it's gang-related meaning... By the way, Boi Kwang, the director of this movie can actually hire the cast of "15" (Royston Tan's gangster movie) to star in this movie since they are real-life gangsters plus this is also a gangster movie, a real life one some more...
