What is the reason to use a high banker instead of a sluice? Is the high banker used when there is not enough water flow for a sluice or does it just work better than a sluice?

I like the principle of the machine. Not worried about losing nuggets. If it's so big it won't pass through a 1/2" grizzly then my metal detector will pick it up real quick when I check the tailings. Biggest problem so far I've had is getting all that really super fine stuff, just blows out the sluice. I think this might help me get most of what's in the ground which is fines, not nuggets.

In this one u will lose the bigger nuggets. I thought of a better method to recover 100% of ALL gold. Its very portable. Sorry I cant say what it is yet...

this is prbly the best highbanker drdger combo that is out on the market so far. unfortunately it doesnt give enough info on exactly what you need to get this up and running. i mean it tells you a 2.5 hp pump 40-45 gallons but thats about it ...how many hoses? how many clamps? what should be the water speed im dredging? etc..etc.. more info would b e appreciated for us newbies..thanks

WOW!! it probabaly weighs less than the pump.Does it come with the pump and What is the size of hose from the pump?

Does not come with a pump. Pump can be 1" - 1.5" - 2.0"
2.5 HP Pump is best!
