If anyone is wondering why the blood is orange it's because the director and producer doesn't want to gross and horrify the viewers so much that the viewers couldn't get through the whole movie. They need to show that it's just a movie. And it wouldn't happen in reality. But even though the blood is fake the concept is still there right? That they committed suicide willingly and randomly. Still makes you think huh?
