El que no tiene de inga is the title of the song we are dancing to. The particular dance comes from the coast of Peru it is called "Festejo" which means festivity and its the "musica negra" or "negroide" (altho some people think "negroide" is politically incorrect) which is the afro peruvian rhythm and dance the slaves used to dance to. El que no tiene de Inga just means that mixes occur, its afro-peruvian slang from the slave times.
