-
how much was it? i think i want one
-
did adding the programmer get rid of the throttle lag
-
what kind of exhaust do you have?
-
@joeldude76 yes, as joeldude says. it also can tell me the current state of my variable cam timing as well as what gear I am in and if my diff is locked.
-
@mstep3 mine does i have one in my 2000 gmc sierra
-
it has the ability to tell you transmission fluid temperature without having to add a sensor? does it just pull the info from the onboard computer off the OBDII connection?
Nice! I like that readout. So awesome. I just got my first truck which is a 2007 F-150 with the 5.4L V8 and I'm thinking of getting this chip soon. How did it do on power increase? And how was fuel mileage?

@TheTerminator310 So here is the info I have. Apples to Apples I only added the HyperTech tuner with the same wheels/tire combo. Before and after that it was a big difference to me. I could chirp tires while high revving getting on to highway in 2 and I think 3rd one time.
Then I went to 35" tires and at same time added the Edge programmer. I can't chirp tires anymore but I can say most if not all of the acceleration is still there. Overall I gained about 1mpg using the Edge CS w/ custom tunes

Yea I was just cruising and coasting to a stop light. I was in awe when I first installed it I was just happy watching it. Ha!
Now I have the custom tunes installed and so now I really get on it.
